This website is a preview. Trying the booking flow does not create a lesson booking or take a payment.

Current bookings

Bookings made through the existing booking system remain subject to the terms shown there. For help with an existing booking, contact [email protected] or call 021 822 670.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule a lesson free of charge, or cancel it, using your private booking link up to 48 hours before the lesson starts. Within 48 hours, please call or email the team.

If your course confirmation has a private booking link, you can cancel your place there up to 48 hours before the start. Within 48 hours, call your trainer or One Stop to cancel. To move a course, contact the team. You can move to another available date free of charge up to 48 hours before the course starts.

Lessons and courses you cancel are not refunded. If One Stop has to cancel or cannot deliver your lesson or course, we will offer you a new time or a full refund. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Before the new system opens

We’ll publish the full booking terms here, including payment, cancellations, rescheduling and course requirements, before accepting live bookings.
